Come & play at Acadia! We strive to provide transparent options for all artists, so that beginners & seasoned bands can pick the setup that makes the most sense for them. When you book a show, you'll want to choose first if you want to have a cover charge, or if you want a free show for customers. We recommend that newer bands that don't know how much of a crowd they can draw choose the free show to start. Most artists want to book weekend slots, so you must be able to demonstrate that you can draw a crowd for those dates (50-100 people). Artists that are confident in their draw can set the cover charge as they see fit. Cover split begins at 70/30 in favor of the artist, & that leftover 30% is used to pay our sound technicians & door staff. If you supply a door or sound person, then your cut of the door will increase by a percentage spelled out on the form. If you choose the free show, you will get 10% of sales for a period before & after your performance. If you supply a sound tech for a free show, your cut of sales will increase to 20%. Load in times are flexible based on need, & showtimes range from 7 to 9pm start times. Please fill out the form, & we will get in contact with you to confirm all details.
